Certification and Hallmarking
MRJOIAS Online’s products are legally certified by INCM (Imprensa Nacional Casa da Moeda). All pieces are made in 925‰ silver, gold plated 925‰ silver, 9kt gold (375‰), 14kt (585‰) or 18kt (750‰).
The application of assay office marks is mandatory for silver pieces that weigh more than 2 grams and gold pieces that weigh over 0,5 grams. In the case of silver pieces that weigh less than 2 grams or gold pieces that weigh less than 0,5 grams, only the application of contrast with the responsibility mark of the manufacturer or equivalent is mandatory.

INCM assay offices provide this assurance by checking the legal touch (precious metal per thousand contained in an alloy) and the application of contrast with the responsibility mark, manufacturer or equivalent. In case of doubt onto the authenticity of the trademarks all consumers are able to check the veracity of each hallmark at INCM.
