What are your pieces made of?

We have pieces in 19,2kt, 18kt, 14kt and 9kt gold, 925 and 835 silver and bronze. The materials of each piece are detailed in the description.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit Card and PayPal for all countries and MB Way and ATM Reference for Portugal (Continental and Islands).

Do you ship orders to my country?

MRJOIAS Online currently ships to Continental Portugal, Madeira, Azores, Peninsular Spain, Balearic islands, Canary islands, Melilla and most European Union countries, to check if your country is contemplated please see Shipping and Orders. If your country isn’t contemplated in our delivery location list, please contact us so that we can check the possibility of shipping an order to you.

How does the Click & Collect service work?

For Continental Portugal we offer Click & Collect service, offering our clients the possibility of picking up their orders at our downtown Porto store (DOWNTOWN BY MRJOIAS) as soon as the order status is changed to "Ready for pickup". Clients may pickup their orders in the following hours:

  • Monday - Friday: 11:00H - 18:00H
  • Saturday: 11:00H - 19:00H

This service is not available on Sunday.

When will I receive my order?

It depends on the delivery location. In the case of Continental Portugal and Peninsular Spain the order should be delivered on the next business day after being dispatched. To check the delivery time for your country please see Shipping and Orders.

Do I need to be at the delivery address to receive my order?

Yes, for safety reasons our orders have to be delivered by hand as the courier needs to identify the person who receives the package at the moment of delivery. In case it is not possible for you to be at the delivery location please provide the name and mobile number of someone who is or please contact us so that we can schedule the delivery for a date that is convenient for you.

Do you deliver on the weekends?

No, the delivery companies only work on business days.

I would like to exchange or return an item, is that possible?

Yes it is. The items for exchange/return must arrive at our facilities within 14 days from the date of delivery, they must be delivered with all packaging and other accessories received with the order and in the same condition as you received them. Find more about our Exchange and Return Policy.
